Return & Exchange Policy – Dermynex®

At Dermynex®, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to feel confident in your skincare journey, which is why we offer an extended 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
1. 90-Day Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Return Window: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number is required for all requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been opened, used, or had their protective seals tampered with (unless the product arrived defective).
- Gift cards.
- Items returned more than 90 days after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email support@dermynex.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the specific return shipping instructions.
- Important: Please do not send any items back to the address on the original shipping label or any other address without first obtaining an RA number from our team. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Preference (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Our Error (Defective/Incorrect Item): If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
5. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Credit: Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card issuer.
6. Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange a product is to:
- Return the original item for a full refund (following the steps above).
- Place a new order for the desired product on our website.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@dermynex.com within 7 days with clear photos or a video of the damaged product and the shipping box. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for you.
